Store Accept Mail-Order Returns?
Yes, we happily accept returns and exchanges via mail order
for a variety of reasons within 90 days of purchase. We
also accept in-store returns of mail-order items, so if
you or someone you know will be in Athens within 90 days of purchase,
you may wish to bring the item(s) in to our store for prompt

| How Do I Return Something?
- To help us expedite your return or exchange, please print
and fill out our return form (HERE) and include it with your shipment.
- IN ABSENCE OF THIS RETURN FORM: we
will need to know why you are returning the item and what
you would like us to do upon receipt. (Do you want a refund,
replacement, or exchange?) Also if there will be a balance due
on the transaction, please include a check or money order or
else an authorization for us to charge your credit card for the
amount. Please do not send merchandise without this necessary
accompanying information! (using our return form makes it easiest)

(you do not need to contact us in advance of sending
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the
customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
In the case of an exchange, we generally charge a discounted shipping rate of $4 to ship an exchanged item back to you. This is about half our regular shipping rate. (Please add 6-3/4% sales tax to this amount if shipping within the state of Ohio)

If your return is due to an error on our part we will reimburse
you for your cost of ground-only* shipping back to us,
and we will not charge for shipping of any directly-resulting
replacement or exchange shipment back to you.
WE CAN NOT REIMBURSE FOR RETURNS MADE VIA AIR.
If we made a mistake in filling your mail-order we sincerely
apologize. We strive for 100% accuracy in our mail-order
business, but unfortunately sometimes we do make mistakes. It
is our goal to make things right to your satisfaction to the
best of our ability.
We will happily issue a refund or make a replacement or exchange
with no additional cost to you. In addition, we will reimburse
you for your cost of ground-only*
shipping of the original item back to us.
Unfortunately we can not ship replacement merchandise out
in advance of receiving your return -- unless the replacement
shipment is paid for up front. If you do not wish to wait for
your original order to be returned to us, we will need to charge
your credit card for the second shipment, and will then CREDIT
BACK to your card upon receipt of the returned first shipment.
If you do not wish to make this type of 'up front' payment, please
just return the errant item to us and we will expedite your replacement
once we receive your return.
Please be sure to indicate on your return form as to what error we made.
WE CAN NOT REIMBURSE FOR SHIPMENTS MADE VIA AIR.
If you need to make a return due to an error on our part,
we can issue a call tag for the item to be picked up at your
home by either UPS or FedEx.
This is not usually the most convenient option for our customers,
though, because it necessitates you being home and available
to give the package to the driver when they arrive at your door.
For this reason, most customers find it easier to just ship the
item back to us by their most convenient means, and have us reimburse
them for the cost.

Textbooks are subject to a specific textbook returns policy
Sale merchandise may only be exchanged and is not refund-able.
Event-specific or dated merchandise can not be returned after
the event or date.
Items that have been worn or washed can not be returned
Embroidered items can not be returned for loose or unraveled
embroidery threads unless there is a discernible defect in the
workmanship of the embroidery.
